Executive Chef, Paul Johnson has spent the last three decades dedicated to his sushi trade and delivering to our dedicated clients. Chef Paul began his culinary career at a very young age. Spending summers with family in Japan gave him the opportunity to learn the history and art of sushi. His culinary style has evolved, delivering an eclectic mix of Asian fusion and traditional Japanese cuisine along with cuisines from around the world. The MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL and a long list of athletes and celebrity clients have indulged in his amazing cuisine which has led him into to the catering business.
